The township of Jackson is located in the geographic center of New Jersey, equidistant between New York City and Philadelphia, PA. Over 53,000 residents live in Jackson. A “state of the art” facility has just been opened by The Ocean County Library system. Jackson is also home to Six Flags Great Adventure, Wild Safari Park and the newly constructed Hurricane Harbor, the three greatest amusement parks in the Northeast.
